I went with normal but it was so much of pain that I actually asked them to give me epidural or go with c-section because cervix was not dilated.
But since baby's heart rate was fluctuating because the cords were near to his neck. So they told me you have to bear the pain.
But to be very honest ankita, I am not that strong and couldn't sustain the periods pain itself because of my fibroids. But it was only because of your exercises that has helped me to go without epidural itself.
