The B.W.Y Pregnancy System is a holistic approach to providing balance, connection, and strength during pregnancy through a blend of yogic practices. This system focuses on enhancing physical well-being, mental clarity, and emotional balance for expectant mothers, promoting a harmonious pregnancy journey.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: Morning 6:30 AM IST, 7:30 AM IST
  • Duration: 45 Minutes via Zoom.
  • Alternate Fridays: Topic Oriented Sessions. Pelvic Pain, Back Pain, Gestational Diabetes, Thyroid, Prenatal Ball, etc.
  • Special Sunday Session: Partner Yoga
  • Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
